Programme (2026/27)
The Huxley Club is meant for students who enjoy thinking out of the box and wish to sharpen their critical minds. Members are introduced to some of the main works of Aldous Huxley, one of the greatest writers and thinkers of the 20th century. It is run by Robin Hull, curator of the International Aldous Huxley Association (IAHS) and the Aldous Huxley Centre Zürich, which is visited by baccalaureate schools (Gymnasia) and universities in Switzerland and throughout the world.
Participants who wish to qualify as a museum guide attend at least five of the lectures listed below, preferably over an academic year. Interested members will be invited to produce their own Huxley podcasts. Reading the relevant books is recommended, but not mandatory.
